KVK-Tech has announced a slight price increase on their Phentermine capsules and tablets. We should have enough product in stock to keep prices unchanged through this month. Usually when one manufacturer raises prices, the other manufacturers do the same. As mentioned last month, we had anticipated this and increased all of our Phentermine inventory.

We are completely out of stock of all strengths of Thyroid and do not expect to carry this product in the future. We are now carrying Levothyroxine (generic Synthroid) as the replacement for Thyroid. We are stocking 50mcg, 100mcg and 150mcg bottles of 100ct.

We now have a new Omega Fish Oil blend call Omega-Tek, which is available in bottles of 90ct. We are offering this new product at a discounted price, which is advertised on the front page of our January/February product flier.

We have been informed that there has been an increase in the cost of raw materials to the manufacturers of Phendimetrazine and Phentermine. In the past, this has always resulted in a price increase on the final product. In anticipation of a possible price increase, we have purchased additional Phendimetrazine and Phentermine capsules and tablets to delay passing on the potential price increase to our customers.

We are extending the product specials that were advertised in our October/November flier until the end of December (while supplies last). We are also including some “unadvertised” specials with our customers’ orders. Please contact us if you would like us to email or fax these specials to you.

We only have a limited supply of the Thyroid 2grain tablets left in stock. Thyroid has been discontinued indefinitely by the generic manufacturer.

The office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th. We will re-open on Monday, November 30th at 9 am EST.

Several of our customers have contacted us regarding solicitations from compounding pharmacies for Phentermine and Phendimetrazine sprays and liquids. These pharmacies may not be licensed to legally manufacture these products. We recommend that you contact us before purchasing any of these items.

We mailed our October/November product flier on September 25th. There was a typographical error on the specials page. Phentermine 105mg Brown/Clear should have read Phendimetrazine 105mg Brown/Clear. The advertised price was correct. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our remaining inventory of Thyroid is down to just the 1 grain and 2 grain tablets. The manufacturer of generic Thyroid has confirmed that they have discontinued making this product.

We still have a limited supply of the Thyroid 1/2grain, 1grain and 2grain Tablets. Due to the product shortage situation, we are handling orders on a “first come, first served” basis.

We are currently running an unadvertised special on the Phentermine 30mg black/black and Phentermine 30mg blue/white capsules by Lannett. The product expiration is 01/31/10, so the price has been significantly reduced. Please call for pricing information.

We have not yet been informed by Actavis or Caraco as to when they expect to resume production of their Phentermine 37.5mg white/blue speckled tablets.

Thyroid Shortage – We have received our final shipment of thyroid from Time-Cap Laboratories. We have a limited supply of Thyroid 1/2grain, 1grain and 2grain Tablets. The 3grain tablets were not included in the final shipment to us. Orders will be handled on a “first come, first served” basis.

Due to the possibility of another raw material shortage on Phendimetrazine in September, we have obtained a large inventory of the Phendimetrazine 35mg tablets and 105mg capsules by Mikart, Sandoz and Valeant.

Caraco expects to resume production of their Phentermine 37.5mg tablets before the end of this year. The situation with Caraco will not affect the availability of Phentermine tablets from the other manufacturers.

Actavis is currently manufacturing product at their NJ facility, but we have still not been given a time-line as to when they will resume production of their Phentermine 37.5mg tablets.

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd to observe the Fourth of July Holiday. We will re-open on Monday, July 6th at 9:00am EST.

Caraco Laboratories will not be manufacturing Phentermine 37.5mg white/blue speckled tablets for at least the next 4 months. The FDA has shut down their facility due to Caraco’s failure to comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). This will NOT result in a recall of Phentermine by Caraco, however, they will be unable to resume production until the FDA gives final approval.

Time-Cap Laboratories has announced that the FDA has instructed them to immediately cease all production of their Thyroid tablets. This will affect the Thyroid 1/2gr, 1gr, 2gr and 3gr tablets. Time-Cap has informed us that Thyroid is a “grandfathered” drug that did not require an NDA (new drug application) to be filed with the FDA by the manufacturer. The FDA is now eliminating the production of all drugs that had been “grandfathered”. Time-Cap believes this will eventually affect all manufacturers of Thyroid tablets. We are currently out of stock on all of the Thyroid strengths, but expect to receive a final shipment from Time-Cap by the first week of July. We will not be receiving any more of the 3grain Thyroid tablets from Time-Cap. We have been advised that the Thyroid price in going to increase significantly. We now have a new manufacturer of the safety vials. They are significantly cheaper than the Berry (Kerr) brand. Please call for available sizes and pricing information.

We have a limited supply of the Phendimetrazine 35mg tablets by Mikart. There is still a raw material issue and we do not expect to receive another shipment from Mikart until July. Sandoz and Valeant have indicated that they do not have any production concerns with their Phendimetrazine 35mg tablets or 105mg capsules.

Several of our customers have requested the brand “Adipex” Phentermine 37.5mg white/blue speckled tablets by Gate. We now have this product available in bottles of 100. Please call for pricing information.

Time-Cap is still not manufacturing the 3grain thyroid tablets. We currently have the 1/2grain, 1grain and 2grain tablets in stock. We are expecting the 3grain tablets to be available by the end of June.
